ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY ARES RESEARCH ARE STRICTLY FOR IN VITRO RESEARCH AND LABORATORY USE ONLY.
By purchasing from Ares Research, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- All products are sold for research purposes only and are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, therapeutic application, or any use outside of controlled laboratory environments.
- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional (or are purchasing on behalf of one) with the knowledge and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.
- You will not use any product purchased from Ares Research on yourself or any other person or animal.
- You understand that research peptides and chemicals have not been approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human or veterinary use.
- Ares Research bears no responsibility for any misuse, improper handling, or application of its products outside of their intended research purpose.
This acknowledgment is recorded at the time of account creation and/or purchase and constitutes a binding representation by the buyer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase our products. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, including but not limited to individuals we have reason to believe intend to misuse our products.
3. Account Registration
To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
4.3 Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed on the Site at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4.4 Order Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once submitted, as processing begins promptly. If you believe an error was made, contact us immediately at the email listed below and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before shipment.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Ares Research is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will review the claim. Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion through replacement and/or store credit.
We are not responsible for products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
7. Product Information and Disclaimers
Product descriptions, specifications, and certificates of analysis (COAs) are provided for informational and research reference purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all product information is error-free, complete, or current.
Ares Research does not make any representations or warranties regarding the suitability of any product for any particular research application. Researchers are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of products for their intended use.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this Site or our products for any of the following:
- Human or animal consumption or therapeutic use of any kind
- Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Resale to end consumers for personal use
- Any activity that could harm, deceive, or defraud Ares Research or other users
- Circumventing any security or access controls on the Site
9. Intellectual Property

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Site or products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

14. Severability
